District Manager - Gretchen Schatschneider

A graduate of Delaware Valley College, Gretchen has been with the District since 2001. She began by serving the District in the Watershed Specialist position, and became District Manager in 2007.

Erosion and Sedimentation Control Technician - Richard Krasselt

Richard Krasselt is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University and was hired by the BCCD in 2004. His responsibilities include reviewing applications for NPDES permits, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan reveiws, and conducting site inspections for the following municipalities in Bucks County; Bensalem Township, Bristol Borough, Bristol Township, Falls Township, Hulmeville Borough, Langhorne Borough, Langhorne Manor Borough, Lower Makefield Township, Lower Southampton Township, Middletown Township, Morrisville Borough, Newtown Borough, Newtown Township, Penndel Borough, Tullytown Borough, and Yardley Borough.

Erosion and Sediment Control Technician and Dirt & Gravel/Low Volume Roads Administrator - Morgan Schuster

Morgan Schuster is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State Univeristy and was hired by the BCCD in 2014. Her responsibilities as a technician include reviewing applications for NPDES permits, erosion and sedment control plan reviews, and conducting site inspections for the following municipalities in Bucks County; Bedminster Township, East Rockhill Township, Haycock Township, Hilltown Township, Milford Township, Nockamixon Township, Perkasie Borough,  Quakertown Borough, Richland Township, Richlandtown Borough, Sellersville Borough, Silverdale Borough, Springfield Township, Trumbauersville Borough, and West Rockhill Township. Morgan has also taken responsibility for the Dirt & Gravel/Low Volume Roads Program in Bucks County. Erosion and Sedimentation Control Technician- Kelly Steelman

Kelly Steelman is a graduate of Susquehanna University and was hired by the BCCD in 2015. She retains the position of CNPPS, which is unique to only a few areas in Pennsylvania, specifically counties that have areas influenced by coastal tides. Kelly's CNPPS responsibilities are very similiar to the Erosion and Sediment Control Technician, but she also has some additional specialization in the coastal regions. Kelly is lead technician for the following municipalities: Chalfont Borough, Doylestown Borough, Doylestown Township, Ivyland Borough, New Britain Borough, New Britain Township, Telford Borough, Upper Southampton Township, Warminster Township, Warrington Township, and Warwick Township.

Erosion and Sedimentation Control Technician and Interim Education Specialist - Jason Maurer 

Jason is a graduate of the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He is a recent addition to the BCCD staff. His responsibilities include reviewing applications for NPDES permits, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan reveiws, and conducting site inspections for the following municipalities in Bucks County; Bridgeton Township, Buckingham Township, Dublin Borough, Durham Township, New Hope Borough, Northampton Township, Plumstead Township, Riegelsville Borough,  Solebury Township, Tinicum Township, Upper Makefield Township, and Wrightstown Township. Jason has also accepted the role as Interim Education Specialist, for which he will coordinate the BCCD's awards and scholarship programs, along with the annual Envirothon Competition and other duties.

NPDES Permit Coordinator - Celeste René Moyer

René has been with the BCCD since 2001. She serves as the NPDES permit coordinator and administers all NPDES permits and E&S plan reviews for the County of Bucks. She is also responsible for processing all co-permittees, transfers and terminating of NPDES permits. All environmental complaints and administrative questions should be directed to René.

Watershed Specialist - Meghan Rogalus

The Watershed Specialist position provides technical assistance and support to volunteer watershed associations, manages environmentally beneficial projects sponsored by the District, and conducts public outreach on a variety of water resource concerns. Meghan Rogalus has been with the District since 2008 and holds a B.A. in Biology/Environmental Science from Colby College and a M.S. in Water Resources from the University of Vermont. Agricultural Conservation Technician - Rachel Onuska

Agricultural Conservation was the driving force behind the creation of the BCCD. The ACT's role is to provide technical assistance in conservation planning, and funding oportunities for improvements to Bucks County's farming community.  Rachel recently rejoined the BCCD team, after a few years overseas, and already has several projects underway.
